Kudos to the Vodka Pundit for posting this incredibly important article by John Hawkins of Right Wing News. I sincerely recommend that you bookmark it, print it, and read it multiple times. Its simply the finest refutiation of the "Bush Lied" tripe I've yet seen in print.
"Some have said we must not act until the threat is imminent. Since when have terrorists and tyrants announced their intentions, politely putting us on notice before they strike? If this threat is permitted to fully and suddenly emerge, all actions, all words, and all recriminations would come too late. Trusting in the sanity and restraint of Saddam Hussein is not a strategy, and it is not an option. (Applause.)"
It is a great read. Go now, kindly get the hell off my blog and don't come back till you've read it and studied it well. Seeya soon!
I just want to know -- Is that any way to ask a grandma to relocate? But, I'm going. I'm going. :^)

A very good article. The following quote is very interesting, though..
"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security." -- Hillary Clinton, October 10, 2002" -
I guess she forgets she ever made this statement.
