Buttheads weak Rebuttals

All in all, I give a favorable nod to President Bush's State of the Union address.

Sure, there's too much costly pandering to the entitlement interests, but at least he's effectively defanging the donks and leaving 'em with virtually no issues, other than their rabid hatred of George Bush.

The so-called "rebuttals" <---(sneer quotes stolen from DU), were so weak and off target, even the donks in donk focus groups panned 'em.

But, um....., speaking of rabid, did you take a gander at Rep. Pelosi's face? Freddy Krueger'd be skeert a'her. Hell, even Tom Daschle looked almost human compared to her.

One more face lift, and she'll have a beard.

Jim, do you go to whitehouse.gov to get a copy of the whole speech? I do. Then I don't have to listen to the post-speech misrepresentations and mis-quotes. Instead of having to keep up with a hard-copy print of it, I highlight and copy it to a Word document, suitably stored in a George W Bush folder.

Pelosi is a caricature of herself -- much like Sharpton. Is it a Dem requirement? No - now that I think of it, there's Ashcroft.
