The Armada

I've been mulling over additions to my Blogroll. Obviously, with way the hell over a million blogsites out there, I'd...um...sorta exceed my bandwidth if I were to add 'em all.

There's so many good ones out there though. And more than a few are truly great ones.

Thanks to my tech guru and mentor, Paul of Light & Dark, I've finally made room on my sidebar to accomodate more passengers. However, unlike the Titanic, I have no lifeboats on this ship.

Sail at your own risk.

With this post, I now open a new Sidebar category of bloggers. Said list is truly near and dear to my briny, barnacle encrusted heart.

I give you The Armada.

Blogs, and related websites, by boaters. Most, like myself are liveaboards. Some are actively cruising the seas, while some like myself are tied dockside while still grinding away with jobs ashore.

Others will be on stationed inland, but are yachtsmen all the same. I'll be the sole judge of who qualifies.

Suffice it to say, ownership of a bass boat jes' ain't quite gonna cut it.

The first entry tonight is Mr. Bob Baird. His self-named blog is truly a worthy read. I give you this superb example.
