UPDATE 9 Jun 04. Our hopes are filled. President Reagan flies eastward aboard Air Force One to lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda.

I've just put in another update. Reagan, it turns out, was the one who ordered these planes, and this was his first ride in one of them.
