A warning phrase which should alert you that bedwetting liberals and nanny-statists are after yet another of your rights and freedoms.
Here's a great example which the Crumudgeon Emeritus gives us over on Sondra K's always entertaining site:
Put your cursor on the image and click. You'll get a full-sized image in a new window.
The crayon drawing was allegedly drawn by a six year old. But some of Sondra K's readers suspect otherwise. See the comments there for details.
To me, whether it was really a tyke of six, or a GFW tyrant of twenty-six who drew that lovely bit of utopian propoganda, the root cause of either is just the same ol' same ol' liberal indoctrination. The bit of "art" (sneer quotes courtesy of the N.Y. Times) is merely the fruit of the poisoned tree.
But we're not without the tools to fight back from our side. In fact, we are Very. Well. Armed.
It would be cool if you'd load up your own evil VRWC attack palatte and fire back with a few artistic statements of your own.
Or, your six year old's.
Definitely not a six-year-old. This type of individualized letterforms is something that comes later, and not, in fact, in kindergarten and first grade, when handwriting is taught with crisp, block shapes and helpful arrows.
Besides, most 5-6-year-olds are fascinated with guns, regardless of the politics of the parents. My 5-year-old advocates the use of plasma bombs in rush hour traffic ("You can't do that." "I should."). :)
I would be interested in statistics showing how many of the anti-gun people play and allow video games into their homes, for themselves and their children. It would be difficult -- not to mention boring and a waste of technology -- to find many titles that do not use some type of weapon, whether guns, swords, laser pistols, light sabers, etc.

I've seen this before. I'm pretty sure it's a parody.
The point being, of course, that the GFWs would rather have you dead than armed.

Meheh... They have my entry up!

I'll let the Swift Boat Veterans do my talking about the liberals. They seem to be holding their own with words, as they held their own in the Mekong Delta 30 years ago and more.
Shoot straight, guys!
(SHAMELESS BLOG PLUG WARNING)
In case you're not keeping up on the counter-offensive by the Swift Boat Vets, come to my blog where I follow them closely.

I go out of town and come back to this?! Oh, lord, I feel like I am back in Austin.
Definitely NOT a six year old. Hope this was a parody. But it is not too far afield of the brain washing that is being done in the government schools.
And it isn't just the schools. Last year in my church, before presenting summer Vacation Bible School organizers asked for donations, one item being squirt guns for the kids to use during play time outside. Some members were "concerned" because we asekd for GUNS. Insane.
This year I just went to Wal-Mart and stocked up.
Squirt, squirt, you're dead!

Yeah, guns are a bad idea...
But exploiting children, that's a GOOD idea!

Allready have an entry at SondraK's MS paint is a real pain...and anyone can be a six year old while trying to use a mouse to make letters with that thing. Six year old anti-gun posters....yeah right...more like 30 year olds with arrested maturity stuck at the 6 year old level.
Oh, Riverdog, I had the Swiftvets thing first *grin*. But it needs to be looked at now more than ever.

something must be wrong with me because i see this drawing a different way and definitely not as an anti-gun message. the way i see it is GOOD PEOPLE + NO GUNS = DEAD.

To ericinjersey:
If your comment,"GOOD PEOPLE + NO GUNS = DEAD"
is really the intent, then one must take that
deduction to its next logical step.
The author {child?} in question must then, by
the above, desire ALL GOOD PEOPLE DEAD. There can
be no other plausible deduction, based on your
analysis.

To ericinjersey:
I cut myself off before I had finished.
The last line should have read, " and based on the wording of the {child?} at the bottom of 'poster',which read:DON'T BE A BAD PERSON!
GET RID OF YOUR GUNS!!"
